Turi Rosato 2019 is a natural Sicilian wine produced by Az. Agr Salvatore Marino. It is based on Syrah grapes vinified in rosé that come from plants located in the Buonivini district, from a 4-hectare vineyard between the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. All the work phases, from the vineyard to the cellar, follow natural agriculture principles: fermentation is spontaneous based on indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Turi Rosato is a juicy and lively wine, characterized by greedy hints of red fruits and good acidity.
