Szolo, Frivolo, 2019
Elegant nose with lots of fresh green apples, citrus seasoned with white blossom notes. Sharp, mineral with a long lingering finish. Frivolo is an evergreen and one of our most versatile wines. Perfect as an aperitif as well as paired with salads, light cheeses and fish dishes.

Vinification
Virgo refers to the first ever harvest from the Hetény vineyard palnted in 2015. After several picking days the the grapes are gently pressed with a pneumatic press. The juice ferments and ages in stainless steal. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with a pinch of SO2. 2019 was a warm dry year, with significant rain towards the end of August resulting in a more delicate expression.
