Medium-bodied, dry. Pink/orange in color with a cloudy appearance. Wild yeasts, low sulphur, and traditional winemaking is apparent on the fragrant nose and palate of sour cherries, lemon, orange marmalade, and wild strawberry. Not overly dry on the finish with juicy fruit, high acidity, and complexity. Pair with light pasta, fish, antipasti, white meats, and even fruit desserts.
