PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pigs in Blankets are a hands down festive classic needing zero introduction. Safe to say they're absolutely essential on any Christmas lunch plate. Also perfectly served with roast chicken or at children's parties, they're simply too delicious to only eat in December.
Made even tastier with outdoor reared, heritage breed pork from the Yorkshire Dales; simply-seasoned pork sausages wrapped with rashers of dry-cured, smoked streaky bacon 😋
Don't be shy of leaving them in a hot oven a little longer. Crispier bacon works much better with the sausage meat. If oven space is tight, pan-fry them on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes which will ensure crisp bacon and a thoroughly cooked sausage. Try a last-minute splash of maple syrup to glaze.
